Prospect Financial Advisors is expanding its distribution network for their Los Angeles based Real Estate Investment Trust and are seeking an experienced Wholesaler to join an established team of professionals.This candidate will work within the Northeastern region to increase sales to the Real Estate Investment Trust. Candidates must be able to travel 100% of the time in the Northeastern states and can be located anywhere in this 11-state region.Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in sales and effectiveness working as a member of a team. Must be self motivated, highly organized and willing to adapt to a fast growing company.REIT Wholesaler - NortheastOther Responsibilities:•Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors.•Attend industry conferences representing Paladin Realty Advisors.•Travel and present to Broker/Dealers.
Minimum Requirements:•Able to travel 100% of the time in the Northeastern United States.
•Bachelor's degree (preferred).
•Current Series 7 or 62 securities registration.•Proven selling and relationship building skills.
Internal or external wholesaling experience requiredWe are targeting current Wholesalers within the financial field or financial advisors seeking to make a career change.
