R&D - Researcher, Package Development

If so, Procter & Gamble’s has a full-time Researcher opportunity in our Health Care — Personal Care business unit at the Mason Business Center.  The successful candidate must be a mechanically-oriented person who enjoys hands-on device work and technical problem solving.

 

The successful candidate will have responsibility to:

 Design/develop prototype devices and/or plastic parts.

 Conduct hands-on lab testing to verify performance.

 Analyze performance test data

 Develop test methods.

 Solve technical problems

 Conduct consumer research


Qualifications for the position include:

 An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Design Technology, or related disciplines.

 Ability to work successfully in a team setting as well as independently as needed.

 Must be able to develop effective interpersonal working relationships both within and outside the company.

 Effectively represent the company externally (with suppliers and other technical experts).

 Possess excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

 Ability to summarize and present technical subject matter to project teams and management.

 Candidates must a U.S. citizen or national, refugee, asylee or lawful permanent resident.
