Project Supply Manager (20959)

Project Supply Manager Hilton Hotels Corporation is seeking a Project Supply Manager to work in the supply management division at our World Headquarters. The selected candidate will manage a minimum of five projects concurrently, with a combined purchase order value of $5 million. Responsibilities include:
Managing the entry of furniture and equipment/operating supplies and equipment specifications into a software database for tracking
Reviewing interior design specifications for brand compliance, as well as facilitating all shop drawing and sample approvals
Selecting vendors and ensuring that all purchase orders are distributed to suppliers
Handling pricing issues and preparing budgets
Working with the customers to establish project scope and required delivery schedules
Managing reconciliation efforts, including obtaining all supplier and carrier invoices and/or credits
Manage the daily activities of the Project Coordinator
Other duties as assigned



job Requirements


The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of purchasing and project management experience. Additional requirements include:
Supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Four year college degree required. Candidates without a bachelors degree will not be considered.
Willingness to achieve a C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) or other supply management certifications during employment requiredPlease attach resume as Word or PDF document
