AutoCAD also paved the way for our technology leadership in industries such as building, infrastructure, manufacturing, media and entertainment, and wireless data.General Summary:PROGRAM MANAGERRole/Purpose:Responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of many strategic business programs within Worldwide Customer Operations (WCO) a division of Strategic, Planning & Operations. Develops and implements business strategies and tactics related to programs. This position will also focus on business process improvement which includes but not limited to process analysis, design and optimization of either process or procedures.The position will assess systems and process effectiveness. He/she will serve as an advocate for integrating change into the organization and represent WCO projects and initiatives at cross functional team meetings.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to orchestrate multiple activities/projects at once to accomplish a goal, set appropriate milestones and demonstrate forward progress.
Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers, peers and team members.
Develops, tracks and reports on key program metrics and trends to evaluate program success. Anticipates potential issues, informs leadership and proactively implements appropriate remedies.
Work with business organizations as a liaison representing business needs between system development organizations and the business.
Defines program strategies, design, development and implementation to achieve objectives. Delivers a variety of presentations in support of the program objectives.
Review and monitor program policies and procedures to meet changing needs. Gather feedback from process contacts to identify process improvement areas. Maintain efficient and effective operation of a program by implementing changes as required.
Ability to influence change and build stakeholder support
Serves as an internal spokesperson for the program. Plans content and delivers internal and external program communications to appropriate audiences through various channels.
Perform feasibility studies and gap analysis, provide recommendation and implement process changes.
Understands key operational processes and programs (book to collect process).
Experience in business process documentation or quality management and demonstrate the ability to understand and apply problem solving methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to express complex problems in business terminology and the ability to lead and promote change in an environment of rapid growth.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Solid decision making and communications.
Participates on various taskforces/project teams and handles other duties as assigned.
Position may require some international travel.Work Experience:
Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments. Experience in working with organizations in other countries.
Experience handling multiple projects with proven ability to facilitate problem resolution.
Business experience in Order Management (order entry, distribution and billing).
Process review and business re-engineering experience.
3 - 5 years Project Management Experience.
Detail oriented with demonstrated analysis and follow through skills.
