Production Training Coordinator

We are currently seeking a gaulified Production Training Coordinator.

IDI offers the broadest selection of replaceable spring contact probes for production testing of both bare and loaded PCB's, flex circuits, substrates, connectors, back planes and other circuitry. If IDI does not have the exact probe to fit your demands, we will design a custom one.

Job Summary
Train new and current employees on production processes and procedures. Perform updates to current training material and develop new training methods and programs. Measure training effectiveness and help develop procedures to increase production rates and improve quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Credentials and Experience
Minimum of Associate’s Degree and equivalent Production and Operations experience; experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Past training experience and/or production supervision preferred

Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Ability to understand unique equipment utilized in the assembly process
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to work with others, offer assistance and support
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
Ability to develop project plans, coordinate projectsand demonstrate follow- through
Must be able to train on all three shifts
