Production Supervisor (2nd shift)

You've racked up a lot of experience in Production control; now let it take you to even greater challenges and achievements!The individual we choose as Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift for our distribution center (no-take out) and assembly operations (take out) will:

Maximize assembler resources and personnel in a high-volume assembly facility to continually improve processes and performance

Successfully challenge and motivate employees to receive, distribute, assemble, and produce our products in a way that raises the bar in both service and customer satisfaction

Manage the production process in a manner that optimizes work flow and efficiency in order to meet production goals and profitability objectives

Directly supervise production employees to ensure that production standards are followed and goals are achieved, positive employee relations result, and policies, rules and regulations and procedures are followed

Hours for 2nd Shift: Monday & Friday: 12:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 1:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.Qualifications:

3 or more years' supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution/logistics/warehouse environment

Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills

Bi-lingual in Spanish

4-year degree in a related field
