Production Line Material Handler

Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: ManufacturingResponsibilities: Follow all applicable procedures related to production, quality and inventory control.Maintain inventory levels at all floor stock locations.Coordinate with Stockroom personnel and/or off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment.Work with Material Logistics Specialist and production Supervisor to resolve/prevent part shortages.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.Must be able to multitask, rework, repair and fill in any vacant work cell.Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies.Complete daily cycle counts of all floor inventory.Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: High school Diploma or GED.Basic reading, writing and mathematics proficiency.Speak and understand basic English.Ability to communicate well and work with others.Desired: Basic knowledge of manufacturing systems related to production, quality and inventory controlGeneral: GE Healthcare provides transformational medical technologies that will help shape a new age of patient care.
