Production Lead

The Lead will be monitoring and coaching the Operations Associate on their job and making sure everyone is doing their job properly
-Will be troubleshooting and monitoring the machines that processes the DVDS
-Will need to have basic skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Lotus Notes
-The start time for the position starts at 6:30 AM everyday
-Will be a backup driver in the morning and evening to pick up and drop of DVDs if a driver is not available
-The round trip to the post office is about 5 miles
-The vehicle is a 18FT Penske Truck or for the most part, the alternative vehicle will be a standardized van
-The candidate will need to have supervisory experience and will need to be reliable and punctual
-The candidate should also be a self starter, motivator, be able to prioritize and make decisions quickly, and it would be a plus to be bilingual in Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year as a lead with Human Resource experience.
