Product Content Management CoordinatorThe PCM Coordinator is responsible for providing tactical support to the Product Content Management initiative and application. This position is also responsible for facilitating the achievement of strategic Company objectives for electronic commerce transactions involving data synchronization.Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing the execution of PCM business compliance objectives; communicating our product data requirements to our vendors and other internal business groups; implementing the PCM application and enhancements with business users; analyzing product data for accuracy and completeness; initiating improvements in application functionality; coordinating work with 3rd parties including but not limited to vendors, solution providers, GS1 and 1SYNC; and communicating vendor compliance to vendors and internal groups. This position will serve as a support role and liaison for Merchandising, vendors and other third parties regarding user administration, systems, policies, procedures, etc. and will work closely with PCM Senior Analysts, PCM Managers and IT Support, as well as act as a PCM subject matter expert within and outside of the PCM department.Additional responsibilities include: identifying tools and technologies needed to support PCM applications and administration, developing recommendations and procedural guidelines for the PCM system that are required to execute programs, insuring third parties meet the quality standards established by management, and strengthening relationships with departments outside the PCM department. This position will be tasked with special PCM projects and events as required. Travel may be required.
REQUIREMENTS
4 year degree
2-4 years experience in retail merchandising, logistics, replenishment, or business related field
Ability to implement programs.
Ability to analyze program effectiveness.
Experience developing performance related reporting.
Experience analyzing data.
Ability to plan and meet deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent time management/organizational skills.
Problem solving skills.
Critical thinking ability.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Customer Focus.
4 year degree in a business related field.
Knowledge of Lowe’s Merchandising, Replenishment, internet or electronic catalog systems.
Experience with TSO or Mainframe, Access, Dart, Crystal Reports
