Plant Manger

A fast growing, stable business services firm invites experienced managers to apply for a Plant Manager position. Located in Pennsylvania, the primary responsibility of this job is providing our customers with the highest quality end product in the medical industry, while managing expenses and facility efficiently. Specific duties include managing a production facility currently serving 20 routes, meeting financial management objectives, planning operations and staffing, insuring compliance with processes and procedures, keeping the facility organized and operating efficiently, and building a team that consistently delivers world-class customer service.SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary is up to $70,000 per year plus bonus. Travel expenses are covered with a car allowance and a gas card. Benefits are very competitive and include a 401K retirement plan with profit sharing contribution, health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, paid vacations and flex spending accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
• Have 2+ years experience managing linen or related production facility in the northeastern U.S.
• Have 5+ years experience managing in a business-to-business service environment.
• Have 5+ years experience in financial management (capital and expense budget).
• Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Have a proven track record for delivering outstanding customer service.• Be proficient in the use of business software such as Word and Excel.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot problems, identify causes, and implement lasting solutions.
• Have a four-year college degree (preferred).
