Performance Engineer (LoadRunner Tester)

If you have developed your own VU, for JAVA/J2EE based applications, for performance testing using LoadRunner then this position is for you! Qualified candidates will have a minimum 3-5yrs professional experience as a Performance Engineer.
REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years previous experience with Mercury Interactive's Testing Suite (LoadRunner, WinRunner, Test Director)
Must have and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop performance test scripts based on back-end processing of middleware applications. The Performance Engineer will be required to develop the the scripts without record and playback functionality
2-3 yeqars previous experience developing and/or testing solutions with an established language such as C/C++, JAVA, VB, EJB, UNIX Shell Scripting, Terminator Emulator, etc.
1 or more years of previous experience putting technical results into a report format such as Crystal Reports or HTML/ASP
Previous project maangement, test management and test planning experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills; must be able to manage multiple tasks/assignments with staggered due dates and deadlines; must be able to coordinate multiple tasks/assignments for several resources simultaneously
Must be able to work day or evening hours
Must have strong decision making/problem solving and analytical skills
Mercury Interactive Certifications (LoadRunner,WinRunner) highly desireable but not required
