Packaging Team Lead

Oversees and assists the activities of line operators to ensure that production lines operate at established production standards in order to meet product ship dates. Ensures maximum line productivity and minimizes downtime by monitoring headcount, line start/stop times, breaks, and shift changes. Maintain product quality and cGMPs necessary to meet FDA standards. Completes required production cycle documentation. Interacts effectively with coworkers management and vendors in order to resolve operational and quality problems. Assists management with training and orientation of new line operators and the annual performance review process.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent required. One to two years’ experience on a packaging line or in a production environment. Demonstrated verbal and written skills and basic math skills required.Shift: 2nd 3rd
