Packaging Operator

Purpose: DUTIES: - Responsible for cleaning, assembly, including labeling, of clinical and commercial products
-Keeps accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in-process
-Reviews batch records and logs for accuracy
-Performs in-process tests and/or checks per the manufacturing procedures
-Follow all procedures
-Maintain manufacturing and warehouse areas in accordance with operating procedures
-Complete Quality Records as they relate to the manufacturing process
-Other duties as required


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum of 1 year Medical Device/Pharmaceutical or related manufacturing/packaging experience
-Knowledge of GMP/Quality Systems
-Detail oriented and have the ability to accurately follow document procedures in a fast paced environment
-A team player that has the ability to recognize product problems and perform basic troubleshooting
-Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
-Must be computer literate
-Clean room experience a plus

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

-High School Diploma
-College degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
