Order Picker

Purpose: Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30am or 8:00am to 4:30pm Description: This is an order picker position. The person would be required to pull order slips from customers and be able to locate the appropriate product number and lot number and then pull the required quantity to fill the order. They will also be using an electronic hand scanner to scan the product as they are picking it to maintain an accurate inventory and to measure the level of accuracy that they are working at. They will be requires to use a stand up forklift, reach trucks and pallet jacks to pull orders from shelves. They would also have to perform lifting of up to 40lbs as most of the product is in bulk boxes. Once they have pulled all of the required stock for the order they will then stage and prepare everything for shipment. This requires a high level of accuracy to ensure the orders are done correctly.

The individual needs to have basic math skills and be able to read and understand English as well as have good communication skills.


Must be reliable and able to pass a drug screen and background check because they are going to be handling prescription drugs.

Once the person goes on permanent with the company they will be making $10.50hr but will have their benefits paid for by the company and they will also get paid vacation and sick time. They also do a bonus plan that they pay out twice a year based on accuracy of orders. Every six months they have the opportunity to earn up to an $800.00 bonus based on their accuracy.Classification:Full-TimeCompensation:
