Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking highly motivated individual to serve as an Operation Supervisor in the Arlington, TX area.
Essential duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
Planning and directing the scheduling process, along with routing and dispatching. Applicant will provide communication to customers in regards to orders scheduled for delivery and act as liaison between customers, stores, and drivers to ensure efficient operation.Will answer phones, condition drivers, and condition stores.Will dispatch drivers and resolve driver issues.Will complete compliance reports, daily dispatch reports, and do data entry into TMW.
Salary depending on experience. EOE
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required. College degree preferred in Logistics or related field.
One to two years dispatch/routing experience required.
One to two years of customer service background required.
Understanding of time and load sensitivity in the dispatch field.
Proven track record in efficient/effective dispatch ability.
CDL license a plus.
Knowledge of DOT laws and violations and OSHA requirements are required.
