Operations Manager - Warehousing, Transportation & Distribution

LB&B Associates Inc. is a diversified services company that has been in business since 1992 and has been successfully delivering quality customer service to various federal and state agencies in the areas of Facilites Operations & Maintenance, Base Facilities Support, and fueling and aircraft support services.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Operations Manager in Raleigh, NC who has at least 5 years experience managing warehouse, transportation and distribution services throughout a statewide or large regional area. Must have experience managing a large staff to include Truck Drivers and warehouse personnel. Must also have prior experience managing Profit and Loss or Budgets.

This position is responsible for Managing a staff of 60+ personnel, including truck drivers and warehouse in the safe operations and transportation of alcohol and liquer throughout the state of North Carolina.

The Operations Manager we hire must be a dedicated individual who is willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy while ensuring a safe and profitable project.

All candidates must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test and criminal record check. Local candidates are highly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years managing regional or statewide warehousing and transportation operations.

Prior Food and/or beverage transportation management experience highly preferred.

Budgetary or Profit and Loss experience

Prior experience managing truck drivers and warehouse personnel

Strong Computer literacy
