The Production Coordinator will coordinate and schedule all production sessions in the marketing department. The Coordinator will assist the Project Manager with budget administration. The Production Coordinator supports the Project Manager, On-Air with a variety of production procedures.Main Job Responsibilities:1. Coordinate and Schedule all edit, audio, voice-over and graphics sessions for Producers and Associate Producers in house and out of house.2. Responsible for maintaining block booking with various vendors.3. Responsible for weekly project status report reviewed at weekly meeting.4. Order tape stock, maintain tape stock inventory, and distribute to vendors5. Responsible for distribution of daily production schedule6. Compile all monthly music usage reports submit to music house monthly.7. Generate purchase orders; Maintain production database in Microsoft Access8. Coordinate paperwork and payment of Freelance Staff9. Update and maintain contact lists for in house staff, freelance staff, production houses, etc.10. Coordinate terms of payment with finance department including wire transfers, vendor change requests, and authority for payments.11. Assist with quarterly close
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Minimum of one year experience in entertainment and/or production.Desired: Strong organizational skills required
Able to multitask and problem solve
Must be detail oriented
Strong knowledge of Access a plus
