OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (ASSISTANT MANAGER) / OPERATIONS STAFF

1. A SEASONED OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT MANAGER
2. A DIVERSED OPERATIONS SUPPORT STAFF
REQUIREMENTS
The Operations Supervisor / Assistant Manager will have the following duties, responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Directly supervise and monitor assigned staff for operational needs, procedures, and policies.
2. Acceptable knowledge and experience in IMPORT/EXPORT OCEAN Forwarding Operations.
3. Acceptable knowledge and experience in IMPORT/EXPORT Delivery Operations, in order to succesfully fulfill required tasks and requirements.
4. Ability to troubleshoot any and all of IMPORT/EXPORT freight and schedule issues.
5. Acceptable knowledge and experience on FMC Tariff filing, Tariff regulation.
6. Acceptable knowledge and experience on Export arrangement and regulation, such as FAK Consolidation Box Planning and MLB Coordination.
7. Excellent customer service skills and MUST be computer literate.
8. Full understanding of administrative and accounting functions related to assigned responsibilities and accountabilities.


PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE OCEAN, LOGISTICS, TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISORY ROLE AND BACKGROUND IS A PLUS!!!



The Operations Support Staff will have the following duties, responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Duties and responsibilities in AP/AR entry.
2. Duties and responsibilities in Operations Documentation.
3. Strict compliance with operations procedures.
4. Excellent customer service skills!!!
5. Must be computer literate!!!

Salary is DOE.
