Operates production machinery to accomplish required tasks of processing payments, producing statements or producing plastics for Citi Cards customers.
Set up, operate and troubleshoot all department machinery.
Replace machine consumables.
Train newly hired employees.
Complete production logs and reconcile production data.
Interface with vendor field engineers.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years machine operator experience preferred.
Vendor certifications preferred.
Knowledge of processing timeframes.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
Adequate product and process knowledge to assist in testing new products or jobs.
Basic PC skills, basic math skills.
