Marketing Distribution Associate

The purpose of the department is To grow and generate revenue in the West Central Region

The scope of this job is The primary objective of the Associate Market Business Consultant position is to demonstrate the application and mastery of agency leadership concepts that will lead the incumbent to an appointment as a Market Business Consultant or other sales leadership position as deemed appropriate.

The individual will be responsible for

1. Consulting - ability to generate profitable growth and revenue improvement in agencies through the continued development of professional consultative skills and use of available consulting tools. Some travel will be required
2. Recruiting - Demonstrates the capability to provide and deploy new talent to the Company through a market level recruiting process.
3. New Agency Establishment - Demonstrates ability to maximize the R3001 agency opportunity through a successful new agency establishment process.
4. Leadership - Demonstrates ability to create a high performance environment by leading agencies to capitalize on market opportunities.
5. Process Delivery - Demonstrates ability to establish an environment that turns ideas into action
REQUIREMENTS
The skills required are:

1. Intermediate - Sales management experience
2. Intermediate - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are required to compose complex business letters and memos, and to present detailed information to others.
3. Intermediate - Job complexity: Develop solutions to complex issues that require use of creativity and a unique approach for resolution.
4. Intermediate - Decision Making: Recommending decisions that are concerned with the selection of a process within a defined program. Implements strategic and business direction along with appropriate processes in developing products and services.

Experience Required:
Licensing requirements including Property and Casualty, Life and Health, Series 6, 26, and/or Series 63 if required by the state, and any other licenses that may be deemed necessary

MS Office Suite

Education:
College Degree - Preferred
Major preference: Business/Management
