Under close supervision of manufacturing engineers, assist engineering and operations in the various tasks required to bring a new product through the development process, pilot / initial production, and full volume manufacturing. Focus on long and short term activities to support projects. Team across functions (production, engineering, quality, test, purchasing) to address and solve problems. Offer recommendations of improvement to bring about work simplification and cost reduction. Help ensure the shipment and inventory levels of product as scheduled. While supporting various day to day operation activities.
