Amarr Garage Doors, one of the fastest growing companies in the building products industry, is looking for hands-on managers who want to create their own opportunity.

We are a $300 million company with a 15% share of the garage door market. Our BHAG (big hairy audacious goal) is to reach $600 million in revenue by the year, 2012. To do this, we will be opening 3-5 new Door Center markets per year. To facilitate this growth, we need talent that is able to grow with our business.

Our Management Training program provides the tools that are necessary for success. It is a 6-12 month training program that covers all aspects of running one of our Door Centers (distribution centers). We expect all of our field management to be hands-on. This entails leading the warehouse team by example, you will be expected to get out on the truck on a weekly basis to manually unload door sections into inventory. You will also learn our computer systems and inventory control practices.

Once you have completed this crash-course MBA-like program, you will be given the opportunity to advance into Service or General Management at another location in the company.

Relocation is required.
