Maintenance Mechanics - Shipping - Inventory

Mozzarella Fresca, a leading supplier of fresh Italian cheese is seeking qualified applicants for the following employment opportunities at the
Tipton, CA plant.

Maintenance Mechanics -
Repairs and maintains in accordance with diagrams, operational manuals and manufacturer’s specifications, machinery and mechanical equip., such as conveyor systems, production and packaging machinery; Observes and diagnoses equip. problems and determines repairs needed; Must be proficient in electric motor control, basic electricity, welding, both tig and stick; able to repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and directional controls; required to work in any area, or any shift as necessary. Overtime may be req’d. Requirements: Possession of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.) and three years general mechanic exp; must be knowledgeable of production and packaging equip.; able to work with min. supervision.

Shipping Supervisor –
Will supervise shipping and receiving functions and employees to ensure cost effective, efficient, and safe transportation and receipt of goods; Ensures that materials shipped and received are verified against pertinent documentation such as bills of lading, purchase orders, and invoices; Responds to inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to transactions handled by the unit; Operates equip. such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Requirements; Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions; Familiarity w/standard business computer software (Excel, Word); Previous exp. in warehousing or shipping, using computerized systems for inventory; High School Diploma or GED; able to work 3rd shift.

Inventory Control Clerk-
The applicant must be able to complete management of Daily Outbound shipments by entering data into the daily and production schedules utilizing internal Inventory Management System; Makes pallet tags and counts pallets/responsible for accurate pallet counts; Gathers information and prepares daily yield report; Ensure the accuracy and promptness of shipment documents in compliance with departmental procedures and guidelines; Communicate and report any order issues; Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies; Ability to multi-task (answer phones, filing, ten-key, etc.); Requirements -Posses a High School Diploma or GED; Computer skills including Microsoft Office, a must; Detail Oriented; Understand balancing and validation concepts; Work with Minimal direct supervision; Good math skills; Ability to work with internal and external customers in a professional manner; Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while remaining organized and detail oriented; Ability to work any shift and overtime on short notice; come in early and leave late.
