Machinists, Programmers, QC, Shipping & Receiving, MFG Planner

We are seeking experienced and professional Machine Shop personel for both day and night shifts. All candidates must be able to read blueprints, hold close tolerances, and have experience using precision measuring instruments and tools.

CNC VMC/HMC MILL SETUP/OPERATORS: Experience with Haas, Fadal, Mazak and Matsura machining centers is required. 1 year min. experience for operators, 3 years min. experience for setup.

CNC LATHE SETUP/OPERATORS: Experience with Haas, Okuma, Miyano, and Mazak CNC Lathes. 1 year min. experience for operators, 3 years min. experience for setup.

CNC MILL PROGRAMMERS: Experience with Haas, Fadal, Mazak and Yasnac program formats using MasterCam software with 5 years min. experience.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS - First Article, In process & Final:
Inspect & evaluate finished products for the Aerospace and Defense Industry for quality and reliability. 5 years min. expereience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Thourough underestanding of engeineering drawings & geometric tolerancing. Experience using a variety of inspection & measuring tools such as dial bore gages & height gages.

DEBURRING: Experienced deburring personel using bench grinders with buffing wheels, microscope work for critical internal features using precision motorized tools with 3 years min. experience.

TOOL GRINDER/TOOL CRIB ATTENDANT: Grind drills, endmills and other cutting tools for use in machining applications.

PRODUCTION PLANNER: Responsible for planning and expediting all production aspects of a given project from inception through completion. Individual defines the process schedules to meet the needs of the program and ensures product documentation and processes meet customer’s requirements. Responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing the procurement of materials, coordinating production resources, monitoring status of both inside and outside processes, and providing documentation for specific builds. Manufacturing process and planning experience in the aerospace/defense industry required. Ability to read & understand engineering documentation. 3 years experience min. is required.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING: Highly self-motivated individual needed to take responsibility and lead by example providing material support and leadership for the stockroom and stockroom personnel. Must maintain and support day to day operations of the stockroom including receiving and inspection, distribution, storage and shipping. Must be very detail oriented and haveknowledge/experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry. Must be proficient in MS Office, PC & MRP Systems. Minimum 3 years experience.
