Loss Prevention Agent Lead - Distribution Center

The Wet Seal, Inc. is currently seeking Lead Level Loss Prevention Agent for our Corporate Office located in Foothill Ranch, California. We are looking for someone with a passion for loss prevention and an interest in a great career.

SUMMARY:
The Lead Loss Prevention Agent will be responsible for conducting daily safety inspections/physical security checks and communicates issues with management for the distribution center and other specific security matters as assigned. This position will also supervise several loss prevention agents. This is a full time position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Enforce all company policies and identify and resolve internal loss issues
•Conduct safety inspections/physical security checks and communicate issues with management
•Handle site specific security matters
•Assist with development of safety training programs, policies and procedures
•Ensure the protection of merchandise, physical security and safety of associates
•Create department schedules, oversee loss prevention agents, complete daily/weekly reports
REQUIREMENTS
•MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS (INCLUDES SOME WEEKDAYS)
•1 year previous experience in Loss Prevention, preferably Distribution LP
•High school diploma required, AA degree in related field preferred
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
•CCTV experience is recommended
•Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus
