Qualifications
„XBachelors degree required.
„XExperience in scheduling, distribution and transportation practices (especially rail) desired.
„XExcellent communication skills and strong problem-solving/analytical skills.
„XDemonstrated ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize work assignments.
„XKnowledgeable of Microsoft Office, Excel and Windows required.
„XAbility to learn SAP, APO, SNP, WMS and BEX systems.
„XFlexible and ability to multi-task.

Accountabilities
„XPlan for purchasing, transportation and coordination of bulk raw materials based on demand and in coordination with published production schedules. Coordinate requirements with logistics, operations, QRO, sourcing and engineering departments.
„XProvide cross-functional leadership by working to establish, maintain and ensure sound working relationships with internal departments and to ensure open communication and attainment of all production requirements.
„XFocus on continuous improvement to help consistently deliver productivity for Supply Chain.
„XWork with corporate sourcing and transportation to manage the business through peak seasonal demand.
„XServe as technical expert in logistics while working with others to develop new capabilities that help to meet/exceed plantˇ¦s measurable objectives.
