Our client is a shipping and logistics firm in Richmond, VA that is experiencing tremendous growth. They are looking for two experienced Logistics Specialists and one entry level Logistics Associate to come in and grow with them.

This is an ideal situation where the company will provide a base salary during your initial six months. After that it will become a commission-based salary. There is potential to earn 2-3 times the initial salary, or more.

The successful candidates will be responsible for accepting orders, booking loads, dispatching drivers, marketing for new customers, working with accounting to resolve customer payment issues and maintaining proper records.

job Requirements

Must have at least one year experience in the trucking/transportation industry. Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Must have strong communication skills, and a strong professional telephone personality.
