Lead Operations Associate

Netflix, an innovative DVD company, is searching for a Lead Operations Associate to join their operation located in the city of Santa Ana. This hands-on supervisory position will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in maintaining a productive environment. This position will also entail setting up workstations and the facility's equipment as it arrives to the work location; troubleshooting and communicating with a remote IT and/or engineering department. Other responsibilities include operating a company vehicle to and from the post office, loading and unloading cartons of mail as well as performing the duties of the Operations Associates on the team. These duties include receiving and inspecting customer returned discs, packaging discs for shipping and scanning bar codes on the disc sleeve for computer check on order status.


Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Must have clean DMV record and valid driver's license, and pass a background check and drug screen. Must meet the requirements of a DOT exam. Minimum six months as a lead or supervisor and one year minimum experience in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, dependable and independent worker with strong organizational skills. This position also requires the ability to communicate expectations both verbally and in writing, as well as basic computer skills: Internet, email, Word, Excel. Experience in hooking up computer systems and first-level troubleshooting. Ability to lift 50 lbs. This position offers a Monday - Friday work schedule. Must be flexible to work overtime and possibly on Saturdays.
