Lead, Office Services

Under the direction of the Tribal Administrative Supervisor, the Office Services Lead will oversee and coordinate all business transactions and operational details of the Office Services Department. The Office Services Lead will provide leadership to the Office Services Clerk/Assistants regarding daily functions of the department. The lead is responsible for providing office supplies, mail assistance, shipping and receiving services to all on site and off site Tribal Departments.
REQUIREMENTS
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees Office Services Clerk/Assistant, all related issues with vendors, postage, and copiers.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one year of managerial experience, and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
