Invoice Control Clerk

U. S. Foodservice, a well established foodservice distributor, is seeking an Invoice Control Clerk to verify that drivers have complied with company procedures to ensure accurate invoicing to the customer and then process credits/debits as necessary.

Essential Duties Include:
* Checks invoice against Driver’s Trip Manifest and verify customer has signed for receipt of product.
* Verifies the accuracy of payments received and that CODs have been collected by driver.
* Verifies reason codes for credits
* Calculates credit for random weights/broken cases.
* Processes credit to customer for product returns, shorts, mispicks, etc. on a daily basis.
* Logs duplicate orders on excel spreadsheet for management review and correction.
* Collects data and present on excel spreadsheet as requested by management.

Minimum Required Education/Experience:
* 2 years prior experience related to invoicing and credits; preferably with food products.
* 10 Key by touch
* Basic math skills
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment, deadline-oriented and multi-tasked
* Basic PC skills and familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheets.
