Internal Account Manager - Customer Service

Position Overview: The Internal Account Manager is the first point of contact for our customers. Answering incoming telephone calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and tracking issues through to ultimate resolution.

Specific Duties Include:
> Answering incoming telephone calls
> Responding to customer inquiries
> Performing order entry procedures
> Customer complaint resolution
> Relationship-building
> Logging on-time delivery performance
> Logging open grease orders
> Other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in the customer service field. Requires good computer skills and excellent telephone etiquette. Knowledge of freight carrier and terms a plus.
