Internal Account Coordinator

We are searching for the perfect candidate to fill our Internal Account Coordinator position within the Wholesale Sales department located Austin, TX.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have logistics experience, be able to schedule trucking, make bookings with steamship lines and arrange general transportation AND have a “Passion for Excellence” in the following areas:
• Working in a fast past environment focusing on teamwork and customer service, internal and external.
• A respectful assertive attitude, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize while multi-tasking with interruptions
• The ability to follow a process and yet question the process to ensure its continued effectiveness, “Challenge the “Status Quo”
• Ability to hold people accountable and be fearless in “bugging” them for information

General Skills required:
• Must have a solid working knowledge in Microsoft Office with a strong focus in Outlook (i.e.: calendar, scheduling, emails, etc)
• Excel is a must
• Meticulous and organized
• Ability to learn quickly
