Job Description:
Ensures that items move through the system quickly and accurately so that customers receive the item(s) ordered on a timely basis. Responsible for the organization and efficiency of receiving and locating merchandise for the different catalog lines. Staying within guidelines and budget. Performing employee reviews as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
Must pass pre-employment physical
Must be able to lift 70 pounds

Physical Activities:
Physical activities that are commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.

Standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, unilateral and bilateral movement, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching.

Lifting of merchandise items, materials, and boxed items weighing up to 70 lbs. from floor to waist, and moving a lateral distance of up to 20 feet. Some items might weigh over 70 pounds and an employee must seek assistance when lifting.


Visual Acuity:

Visual activities that are commonly associated with the performance of the functions of this job.

Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less with the ability to bring into sharp focus while reading a printed form.


Environmental/Atmospheric Conditions:

Environmental and atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the performance of the functions of the job.

Worker is exposed to both office and warehouse conditions. Warehouse will include cold, hot, and humid conditions.

Positions Qualification Requirements:

Knowledge:

Requires College Degree or equivalent experience level with an understanding of pulling, shipping, and warehousing operations and systems.

Requires problem-solving and formulation skills, math and calculation, reading, proofreading, reasoning, and analyzing.

Experience:

Minimum of one to two years previous supervisory experience. One to two years of previous receiving/warehousing experience is recommended.
