Import Traffic Coordinator - 22418

Immediate opening for Import Traffic Coordinator knowledgeable with import documentation, commercial invoicing and freight bookings.Must be familiar with duty classifications, customs regulations, shipping lines, freight forwarders and NVOCC procedures.Must have strong international import experience.
Two to five years or equivalent experience handling all types of import procedures. (i.e. clearance, classification, traffic)
REQUIREMENTS
Communicate daily with branches abroad to resolve shipping issues.
Coordinate ocean traffic flow from abroad.
Examine invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to orders, tariffs and customs regulations.Position requires willingness to work in a fast paced service oriented company. Must be organized and capable of multi tasking. Computer literacy a must. 401K, full paid medical, dental.
