Import/Export Compliance Manager

Copeland Corporation is an Emerson Climate Technologies Company and the global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of compressors for the residential and commercial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industries. We are seeking an experienced Import/Export Compliance Manager.

•Position will develop, coordinate, implement, and maintain an export/import compliance program.
•Will instruct on how to classify material and equipment (HTS, ECCN).
•Will interpret and respond to all US Customs.
•Will establish Country of Origin certificates.
REQUIREMENTS
•Four-year degree in Business or related field. MBA or Masters degree in International Business preferred.
•Seven to ten years experience in trade compliance preferred.
•Must have knowledge of NAFTA and import/export regulations.
•Manufacturing environment background a plus.
•Excellent communication skills.
