The Geek Squad City will be the largest single Geek Squad computer repair location anywhere in the U.S. At the facility, hundreds of Geek Squad Agents will concentrate solely on fixing any brand of PC or laptop for customers around the country.

SHIPPER/RECEIVER, SERVICE

The Shipper/Receiver, Geek Squad City, will route units to and from agent work benches. This task directly affects the productivity of agents. It is critical that they ensure that agents have a constant supply of units to be repaired. Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments from stores and outside services, and by doing this, they help minimize service center costs. Coordinate and prepare outgoing units shipped to the stores and outside services. This ensures turn-time is minimized and customer satisfaction is improved. Prepare repaired merchandise for shipment back to stores: Pick up completed units in MIT trays from technicians’ work area; consolidates units on carts or in stacks of MIT trays for shipping; uses computerized system to prepare customer packing list and shipping manifest; for each store places packing list and one copy of manifest on cart/MIT pallet; gives remaining two copies of manifest to truck driver; ensure that driver signs manifest. Maintain all shipping/receiving for out state stores:
Loads/unloads out state trucks; receives driver’s signature on shipping manifests; identifies shipping discrepancies and exception receives as necessary.

Requirements:
High school diploma preferred, 1 year job related experience required
