Company Car! Benefits! Flex Schedule! Capping Equipment Company that supplies Pepsi, Coke, Gatorade, Tropicana, and many more is seeking a Field Service Engineer immediately! You will support bottling manufacturers advising how the performance and reliability of the equipment & product can be maximized. (Travel territory 80% California) (Travel 20% bordering states) Position will require 85% to 90% travel. Emergency troubleshooting needs and repair problems direct or train customers employees to do the necessary work. Establishing and maintaining relationships with customer's employees is vital to the position, liaison between the customer, the customer support team, and your employer. Provides the customer with information on new products and services available, their performance capabilities, and selection guidelines and tradeoffs Audits condition and performance of equipment in customer facility and makes recommendations for improvements in set-up, operation, and maintenance. Identifies or assists the customer to identify spare parts to be purchased and/or stocked. Requirements:3-10 years in the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical machinery such as would be obtained by a study in a technical/trade school or multi-craft skilled trades apprenticeship. Track record of machinery repair, maintenance and industrial electronics is required Track record of customer interface, and customer satisfaction motivation You should have worked in a Manufacturing environment or held a Field Service job which involved Electro-Mechanical machinery. Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC’s Pressure Sensitive Valves, etc.. Ideally a Technical degree in engineering preferred RELOCATION AVAILABLE : NOx
