Troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems within Packaging/Labeling and associated departmentsAssist to identify, determine, present/seek approvals within cGMP guidelines for upgrades to enhance the performance and reliability electro-mechanical systems within Packaging/Labeling and associated departmentsTrain production, maintenance and other facility personnel where applicable in the proper procedures for safely operating and maintaining electro-mechanical equipmentReview, modify and add procedures for improved electro-mechanical preventive maintenance. Perform and assist with performance of such proceduresProvide project support for new electro-mechanical process systems & equipment designs, installation and validationKeep abreast of new developments and educational opportunities within the field. Work with OEM’sPerform other duties as required to support overall procedures, goals and needs of the Plant Services Group and the CompanyIdentify, coordinate and assist with performance of predictive maintenance activities with a primary focus on equipment in Packaging/Labeling and associated departments
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Minimum of High School education with specific technical trainingSystems training and CertificationOJT experience and applicationAbility to work 2nd Shift
