Export Specialist

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is searching for an Export Specialist in the Traffic Department at our Corporate Headquarters located in Ramsey, NJ.
KMBS provides customers with digital copiers, printers, faxes, and color copiers, which are essential to business communications. We employ the most responsive sales, service, and support staff in our industry and are looking for positive, self-motivated, career-oriented individuals who share our only goal, to be #1.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Input Export Customer Orders
Advise dealers in Latin America, Mexico and Canada of order status and delivery information
Complete Export Documentation for all orders in a timely manner and distribute to Warehouses, freight forwarders and dealers
Contact Foreign Dealers and Konica Minolta locations for problem resolution
Monitor freight charges and invoices to dealers
Issue RMA’s and Credits
Translate documents, letters and other projects as needed
Accurate audit of all International freight bills from forwarders, trucking companies, and small package carriers.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years customer service experience
Excellent organizational, analytical, written & oral communication and follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize; work under pressure and meet frequent deadlines
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Knowledge of SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Konica Minolta Web site knowledge a plus
Fluent in Spanish (written & conversational) helpful but not required.
