General Job Description:

The Exhibitor Service Representative is a detailed and demanding position. The chosen
candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers (exhibitors)with placing orders, entering payments, invoicing, collection of invoices, and will perform a variety of in house and show site functions. They will be responsible for providing and maintaining the high level of accuracy and excellent customer service for which Freeman is known.


Work Schedule:

This position will require extensive travel for long periods of time and considerable amounts of overtime including, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED. The use of employee’s automobile will be required to travel to and from the office and local facilities when working locally.


REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:

Our ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) or more years of related experience and/or training. Experience in the transportation, shipping, convention or hospitality industry is helpful. Candidates must be energetic and congenial, willing to travel and be gone for long periods of time. They must have knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel along with exceptional customer service, telephone and data entry skills.
They must be able to work in a fast paced environment, handling many different tasks at once. Strong analytical, organization and communication skills are also needed.
