Senior Administrative Assistant Position Summary:
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide executive level support for the President of US Operations and the Vice President of Finance so that organizational efforts will be maximized.
Senior Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the President and VP of Finance
Provide support to the Distributor Council and manage the treasury function
Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings/conferences
Plan and manage events and large off-site team meetings
Review, summarize and/or prepare correspondences to include; letters, memos, reports, emails
Process expense reports, departmental invoices and check request processing
Maintain contacts, calendar, filing, and order office supplies
Receive and distribute incoming mail; review and evaluate mail to identify those items requiring priority attention
Analyze and resolve office administrative and procedural issues that may arise
Perform basic to complex research and prepare reports and recommendations
Respond to customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner

REQUIREMENTS
Senior Administrative Assistant Minimum Requirements:
5+ years support experience at the executive level
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Innovative, take-charge professional style with the ability to anticipate needs
Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, events
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to complete assignments/projects through to completion
Effective verbal communication, writing and grammar skills, organizational skills, and paying great attention to detail
Professional and reliable with a certain level of sociability to successfully support customers
Must be able to exercise discretion and maintain confidential and sensitive information
Skilled with organizing own work, coordinating projects, setting priorities, meeting deadlines and following up on assignments with minimal direction
Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedural guidelines
Must be able to travel and work overtime as needed
