Driver/ Warehouse Technician

The job –
Some of the duties you will perform with us are as follows:
Deliver equipment to client homes and assist with set-up and proper safe usage.
Clean and maintain all equipment including tagging and bagging when appropriate.
Adhere to company policy with regard to infection control and proper decontamination process.
Assist Service and Repair Technicians with equipment repairs and technical applications.
Assist RTS's with equipment set-up and delivery of equipment.
Maintain company vehicle(s) and make sure vehicles are clean, organized and up to date with routing maintenance.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of equipment including proper usage, safety instructions and applications.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of service and repair issues including but not limited to the following activities:
Replacing batteries.
Replacing tires, wheels and bearings on manual and power wheelchairs.
Basic programming functions.
Replacing armrests, armrest pads, anti-tippers, sling seats and sling backs.
Continuing education on all related service and repair issues.
Maintain the warehouse and keep track of inventory levels.
Assist the customer service department in executing our customer service plan.
The Warehouse and Delivery Technician reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications –
High School Graduate or possess G.E.D.
General office machines- 10 key adding machines, copiers, be computer literate, typewriter, fax machines, telephone, detail oriented, good people skills and the ability to follow up in a timely manner.
Desire to learn and advance.
Possess neat personal grooming and appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills.
Good English grammar and writing skills.
Knowledge of Spanish desirable.
Able to handle stressful situations for short periods of time.
