Driver - Part Time

ePlus is a growing technology solutions company based in Herndon, VA. We are in search of a dedicated part-time Driver to drive our company truck safely to our office locations.


Part-Time Driver (Approximately 16-24 hours per week)
Location: Herndon, VA and driving to Elkridge, MD.
Hours: 4 days a week: Core hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with availability for either Monday or Friday. 6am to approximately 11am, possibly extending to 1pm.

Note: These hours are not flexible.


Job Purpose:

Responsible for the movement of freight efficiently, professionally and safely from ePlus offices to other ePlus offices, and occasionally to customer locations.

Job Responsibilities:

•Delivering goods to other ePlus offices and some customer locations
•Representing the company in a professional manner.
•Obtain customer or employee signature and communicate delivery status and acceptance.
•Maintain a driver log book.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Knowledge/Skills:

•Ability to drive a box truck safely and within the laws of the state.
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize
•Professional and friendly appearance and demeanor.
•Team orientation

Education and Experience:

•High School Diploma
•5 years driving experience
•Valid drivers license
•3 year Incident free driving record
