Dock Supervisor/City Dispatcher

LTL DOCK SUPERVISOR/CITY DISPATCHEREstes West, an Express Lines Company, is seeking an experience LTL Dock Supervisor/City Dispatcher to work full-time in our Reno terminal. (LTL experience is required)Responsibilities and duties will include:·Make sure dock is set up for shift
·Assist the terminal Manager
·Fill out outbound manifest
·A daily yard check
·Coordinate routes
·Answer phones/assist in office
·Maintenance PO’s
·Over see dockworkers on shift
·Responsible for proper loading of freight
·Relay program
·Timely departure of freightRequirements:Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Prior Trucking, Supervisory, Dispatch experience
Prior LTL dispatch and management experience
Good Computer skills, AS400 and MS office experience required
Good Communication skills
Solid knowledge of the area
