Human Resources Administrator

Estes Express Lines is seeking a Human Resources Administrator in our Corporate office.

Job Summary:

Handles recruitment hotline and employee relations line
Prepares recruitment and vacancy reports
Responds to inquiries regarding policies and procedures
Handles unemployment claims
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee concerns
Administers background checks
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Degree (prefer College degree in HR, Business or a closely related field and/or HR Certification)
3 years relative experience (preferably in an HR department or fast-paced office environment)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word and Access
Must be able to multi-task
Must possess strong organizational skills
Must possess strong customer service and telephone skills
