Distribution Supervisor

Seeking a weekend supervisory role to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day routines of the distribution assistants.
* oversee the selection, picking, packing, and dispatching of all orders.
*Contact customer to advice them of delivery and collection times.
*Answering queries via e-mail or phone, with an excellent telephone manner.
*daily use of Word , Excel, and Outlook, Maintenance of filing system.
*Responsible for Courier team and ensuring that deliveries are scheduled.
*Oversee and validate packing of orders to NAP standards, Checking Invoices.
*Review shipment documentation.
*Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy.
*Ad hoc duties.
REQUIREMENTS
*Must have a flexible work schedule.
*Able to work in a fast paced environment.
*Handle light physical work, including lifting and stretching.
