Job Description:
This position is responsible for the daily sorting and distribution of all mail services functions and operations including auxiliary mail functions within an Ernst & Young office and/or area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing internal and external mail distribution, special packages and deliveries ensuring consistent, quality service are provided. Responsibilities Manages various facilities services functions at Ernst & Young sites; ensuring that consistent, quality, and cost-effective services are provided. Provides expertise to ensure that Ernst & Young assets and image are protected by maintaining a safe, functional and productive work environment. Processes mail utilizing pre-determined guidelines for most cost-effective method for mailing/delivering documents and affixes proper postage. Receives, logs and sorts mail/packages appropriately with special attention to time sensitive mail/materials. Delivers and picks up mail for on-site personnel and arranges delivery to off-site personnel. Processes overnight/express deliveries by preparing shipping labels and tracking documents. Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have: a high school diploma or equivalent experience approximately 1-3 years related work experience
