DESCRIPTION:The Distribution Center Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the warehouse and distribution functions at a Distribution Center operating 24 hours/seven days a week. The DC Supply Chain Manager will be specifically responsible for the following:

Staff, train, coach, mentor, & evaluate warehouse & distribution team members.

Execute warehouse & distribution strategies ensuring customer service & cost key business indicators are met.

Establish & ensure compliance with regards to safety, GMP's, quality standards (product and output), operational standards (SOP's and work instructions), regulatory standards (DOT logs and CDL qualifications) and continuous improvement.

Analyze & resolve operational and customer issues.This leader will work in a coordinated manner with the other work teams [and their leaders] to achieve the expected results. Strong team building & communications skills are necessary. Must be able to prioritize, delegate, & collaborate effectively throughout the day. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and participate in hiring process for the Distribution Center

Training – Lead in the development & training of Distribution Center systems, processes, and procedures.

Analyze performance vs. plan and execute any necessary corrective action plans

Establish and communicate performance expectations and boundaries throughout distribution and warehouse.

Build cross functional teams in analyzing and resolving operational inefficiencies.

Manage the execution of warehouse and distribution processes. Coordinate people & resources in an efficient and effective way to accomplish goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business required.

4-6 years Supply Chain/Operations management experience required.

Coca-Cola System experience preferred.

Ability to periodically lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
