Best Buy is seeking team players to contribute to our Delivery Distribution Center in Edison, NJ.

DDC Customer Service Supervisor

Role is to direct and coordinate the daily operations of the home delivery department. Will be responsible for creating and managing a positive customer experience for internal and external customers. In addition, will be expected to mentor, develop, and performance manage a team.

Basic Requirements: 2+ years of management experience in Logistics, Operational, warehouse, inventory, or customer service. Must have strong computer skills. Retail expereince is a strong plus. Will need to be able to develop strong partnerships with vendors, customers and retail stores. Shifts Tuesday - Saturday 1pm to 10pm.
