Dispatcher

Growing Courier and Office Services Company is seeking Senior Accountant.

Job Responsibilities include:
• Process all invoices for payment, according to existing schedule
• Handle all vendor inquiries
• Maintain and update all personnel records.
• Do bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Perform “surprise” audits of Petty Cash, and Payroll Distribution.
• Reconcile petty cash reports
• Disburse checks for petty cash and expense
• Maintain and update accounts payable reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
• Preparation of journal entries
• Preparation of account analysis for both expense and balance sheet accounts
• Assistance with preparation of monthly profit and loss schedules
• Assistance in the preparation of schedules required for audits
• Maintain vendor accounts

Requirements

• Associates degree in Accounting or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Ability to learn company designed Accounting software
• Strong communication skills


Potential candidates must pass a company-issued accounting and computer knowledge exam.
